Olive Wood Carved Butter dish and Knife
Our butter dish is coming with carved wooden olive knife. Olive wood has a beauty that asks to be held and touched. Its contrasting grains and warm, rich tones distinguish it from all other woods. Because olive trees take so long to grow, finding pieces large enough for this quality of item is very difficult. Our olive wood pieces are made from solid blocks, which is more expensive but much higher quality. Hand-made. Unique on the market!

The top accommodates a standard size butter stick, upright or on its side.
The butter stick on its side is approximately 1 1/4″ high and upright is 1 5/16”. The clearance between the top of the butter and the inside ceiling of the butter dish is about a 1/4″. We recommend keeping the stick on the side.
